Terms and Conditions

  1. Huddersfield Online Carnival 2021 Competitions are open to UK residents Only, excluding members directly connected to Huddersfield African Caribbean Cultural Trust.
  2. Children under the age of 18 must have permission from a parent or guardian to participate in the relevant categories.
  3. Competition opens on Saturday 10th July at 1pm and closes at midnight.
  4. Entrants must participate in the Huddersfield Online Carnival via zoom, by purchasing tickets on Eventbrite, be in attendance at the venue of the person who has purchased the ticket, and/or through the purchase of Make Along Mas Kit.
  5. You MUST have your camera on to allow you to be fairly judged.
  6. Competitions are subject to eligibility.
  7. In processing any personal data relating to the entrants we will comply with the provisions of the Data Protection Act 1998 and General Data Protection regulation of 2018.
  8. Huddersfield Carnival Management Committee reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice under exceptional circumstances.
  9. No cash alternative to the prize will be offered. The prize is non-transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and Huddersfield Carnival Management Committee reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

  11. Details of the winners will be publicised the Huddersfield Carnival website & social media pages.
  12. By participating in the Huddersfield Online Carnival an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions
